If you want to extract images from a PPT, first you have to check whether the file is in .ppt or .pps extenstion.

If it is .pps extension, just click once on the name of the file and change its extension into .pps. While changing it a pop-up will come which says “If you change a file name extension, the file might become unusable.  Are you sure you want to change it?”

Don’t worry about this just change it. I will take the responsibility if anything happens to your file…hehe..just kidding. Nothing will happen.

Once you change the extension to .ppt, open the file, go to the Menu bar and click ‘Save As’ —-“Other Formats”.

Then a pop-up will come, and when you click on “Save as type” , a drop-down of list of extensions will come. Then choose the extension as .jpg , then each slide in the PPT will be converted into an Image and will be saved in a new folder created next to your PPT.
