I signed up for arvixe reseller plan with great expectation but was a bit disappointed with the short comings in the service. Though the customer support has been great there were some aspects which need to be clarified before we sign up for the service. As soon as I signed up for arvixe reseller plan I wrote an email to the owner of the company with all my complaints.

I am writing this mail in a positive sense. Please do make a note to the things below.
I signed up for an Reseller account today. (One year sub)
But i was disappointed with the following features.
  • Unable to do Complete CPanel restore for my clients (cpmove) (see http://docs.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/AllDocumentation/WHMDocs/RestoreFullbackup )
  • Unable to enable ssh access for my clients myself
  • Unable to access my clents accounts using ssh using my username and password also (For myself)

I will continue writing as time and experiences increase.
